Shipping and Return Policy

All orders received on or before Sunday December 14th 2025 will be shipped week beginning December 15th to arrive on or before Christmas eve.
All orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouse, so there are no customs duties or additional tariffs.
Orders received after December 14th will be shipped week beginning Monday Jan 5th 2026.

• From Janurary Through last week of November, orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
• Orders place last week of November until through Christmas deadline in December are all held and shipping to arrive on or before Christmas eve, exact day varies year to year.
• Perishable Orders are generally only shipped Monday to Wednesday.
• Perishable Orders placed after 8am EST on Wednesday will be held and shipped on the following Monday.
• No orders containing perishable items can be shipped after Wednesday, as they would sit in a shippers warehouse over the weekend and spoil. There are some exceptions.
• Please ensure there is somebody at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
• We do not recommend shipping perishable items as surprise gifts, please inform the recipient so that they can make arrangements to receive and refrigerate the package.
• If you need your order by a specific date please tell us in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' section during checkout and we will do our best to meet your needs.
• We are not responsible for loss of order if the shipping address provided is not correct.
• If we encounter any delays with shipping your order, such as an item not being in stock, we will contact you via email.
• If you change the delivery address after your package has been shipped there will be a UPS change of shipping fee ( Currently $18.00 ) charged to your card. We have no control over this charge.
• We cannot take responsibility for a parcel that was spoiled as a result of nobody at home to receive the parcel when it arrives at the shipping address.
