DescriptionOur Donnelly ham is sourced from pigs reared on the island of Ireland.
It is produced in Ireland and exported to USA where it is shipped directly from our New York facility.
This Irish Ham is a Bord Bia approved product, fully traceable to the farm in Ireland from where it came from. This is the only Irish produced Ham available in the USA.
Our Ham is a boneless lean leg ham with the rind on which makes for excellent presentation after cooking - a great centerpiece of any Dinner.
It is wrapped in a food grade wax paper which allows the ham to retain its shape if it is simmer cooked in water or baked.
Simmer or bake ( US ovens @ 325 F ) for 2 1/2 hours until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
30 minutes before end, remove wax paper from around the ham, score and glaze rind, and continue to bake for last 30 minutes
Refrigerate leftover ham makes unbelievable sandwiches for the rest of the week, some would say it tastes nearly better the next day !
This ham will not dissapoint.
This ham is approximately 1.5kg or 3.3lb and will feed about 6 people.
